Marma Therapy

Marma Therapy is an ancient Ayurvedic healing practice that uses touch and herbal-infused oils on specific energy points (marmas) to promote vitality and balance. Similar to acupuncture, but using gentle touch instead of needles, Marma Therapy helps to release blocked energy, relieve pain, and enhance overall well-being. It provides deep rest to our parasympathetic nervous system.
Initial Session (2 hours): This in-depth session includes a thorough consultation to assess your individual needs and an extended Marma Therapy treatment.
Follow-up Sessions (1.5 hours): These sessions build upon the initial treatment, focusing on continued healing and maintenance of balance.
